High-Quality Construction
The VCB cubicles are fabricated from premium-grade steel using advanced manufacturing processes. Our panels are designed to be dust- and vermin-proof, offering a high degree of protection (IP4X) as per IS 2147 standards.
Breaker Chamber
Equipped with a horizontal draw-out type VCB mounted on a trolley, the breaker chamber ensures easy maintenance and safety. The movable shutters automatically cover the fixed contacts during breaker withdrawal, preventing direct exposure to live parts.
Bus Bar Chamber
Featuring single or double busbar configurations, the bus bars are made from high-grade copper or aluminum, supported by strong epoxy insulation. The delta configuration minimizes electromechanical stresses during short circuit conditions, ensuring safe operation.
CT/PT and Cable Chamber
Conveniently located at the rear, the CT/PT and cable chamber offer easy access via a safety mesh. This chamber is designed to accommodate core balance CTs within the cubicle, ensuring high performance.
Advanced Safety Interlocks
Our indoor VCB panels come with multiple mechanical and electrical interlocks that prevent unsafe operations such as breaker closing in intermediate positions or control plug removal in non-isolated positions.
